We are a partnership of professional counsellors, providing therapy from several locations across London. With a shared passion for empowerment and strong commitment to our clients, we aim to provide the support you need to find a way through your issues and build a bridge to a better place. Our practice is rooted in the Person-Centred approach to psychotherapy. This means we treat our clients as individuals, providing an environment free from judgement in which you can feel safe to explore your difficulties and be true to yourself. This will enable you to take therapy in the direction you need to create positive change in your life.
We are experienced at working with a wide range of people and issues including anxiety, depression, stress, addictions and more. To move forward please view our counsellors’ profiles to see who you might like to work with. You can then contact us to make an appointment or ask any questions.

Through this process you can find your path to personal empowerment and start making the changes you need in your life.
I am a BACP Accredited psychotherapist and clinical supervisor. Over the last 14 years, I have provided counselling in a host of settings, ranging from the private sector to the NHS.
Most of my work has been face-to-face with individuals but I also work with couples, groups and over Skype.
My experience has shown me that all people have the power within them to change and grow. In therapy, I offer a supportive, warm and honest relationship, enabling you to explore your struggles and gain a greater self-understanding. This understanding can bring you an enhanced sense of wellbeing and a strengthened connection to your inner power.
Although my therapeutic style is person-centred at heart, I am flexible in my approach. This means I can adapt sessions to your individual needs, bringing aspects of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis, and others into our work. Feel free to ask me if you want to know more about this.
